A message from Michael McDaid of the Paolo Nutini band.
"I have always loved to see pictures and footage of orang-utans in the wild but until my sister adopted an orang-utan (naru) as a gift for my birthday I was unaware of the dire circumstances that wild-living orang-utans are facing everyday.
"Orang-utans can only be found in two locations on earth; Borneo and sumatra and everyday large areas of their natural habitat are destroyed by the palm-oil industry.
"This has to end immediately or there will be yet another entire species of creature wiped out and gone from this earth forever.
"Please donate anything you can to this charity and to spread awareness about these beautiful, gentle and intelligent apes before it's too late."
